The Buckeye Livestock Expo is bringing an exciting Open Beef Show to Lorain County for the first time, hosted at the Ross Expo Center at the Lorain County Fairgrounds in Wellington, Ohio on February 6th and 7th. This event offers a great opportunity for Lorain County youth and exhibitors of all ages to gain extra show-ring experience and sharpen their skills.
With exhibitors and families traveling into town, having a comfortable and convenient place to stay can make the experience even better.
Our house and cabin rentals are located just two miles from the Lorain County Fairgrounds, making them an ideal option for those attending the Buckeye Livestock Expo. Being so close allows you to enjoy easy mornings, quick trips back and forth, and a peaceful place to relax after a full day at the show.
We’re already welcoming some exhibitors for this event and would love to host additional guests during show weekend.
Whether you’re a youth exhibitor, a parent, or supporting friends and family, our rentals offer a quiet and comfortable option. Our property includes a combination of four cabins and a three-bedroom house, allowing us to accommodate up to 18 guests at one time.
This setup is perfect for:
• Youth exhibitors and their families
• Multiple exhibitors traveling together
• Extended families and support teams
Guests can stay together while still enjoying their own space to rest and recharge.
We understand that livestock shows often start early and run long. Each of our cabins and the house features a furnished kitchen, making it easy to:
• Prepare early-morning breakfasts
• Pack meals or snacks for long show days
• Enjoy home-cooked dinners in the evenings
Having a kitchen on-site offers flexibility and comfort during a busy show schedule.
With this being a first-time event in the area and our close proximity to the fairgrounds, availability is limited and already filling. We’re currently hosting several exhibitors for the Buckeye Livestock Expo and expect remaining openings to book quickly.
As this is a first-time event in the area, lodging availability is limited and filling quickly. If you’re planning to attend the Buckeye Livestock Expo Open Beef Show on February 6th and 7th, we encourage you to book your stay early.
We’d love to provide a welcoming, comfortable place for you to enjoy your time in Lorain County while attending this exciting event.
